Somatex heeft twee systemen voor het injecteren van het botcement:
- Kort systeem / Small Injection System (SIS)
- Lang systeem / Cement Injection System (CIS)
Met dit lange systeem kan heel nauwkeurig botcement worden ingebracht, terwijl tegelijkertijd de gebruiker zo minimaal mogelijk wordt blootgesteld aan straling.
Vertebroplastiek Cement Injection System (CIS)
Kenmerken:
- Ergonomisch roteerbaar handvat;
- Flexibele tube, waardoor cementtoediening vanuit alle posities mogelijk is;
- Luer lock;
- Lichtgewicht;
- Zichtbaarheid van cement in het systeem;
- Volumemarkering van het cement;
- Volume: 4,5 cc;
- Het CIS wordt standaard meegeleverd met de Apart Complete Set en de Dual Complete Set.
